9:00am: Tour the Historical Village/ Vermeer Mill/ Miniature Village (11⁄4 -11⁄2 hours) $10/person
10:30am: City Tour on the Open-Air Wagons or a step-on Guide will join you on your motor coach for the City Tour.
If time allows, be sure to enjoy a complimentary Tulip Walking Tour through the Town Square as well as the Scholte House Museum Gardens.
11:30am: Lunch around the town (food vendors all around event area) or if you want to eat as a group with Reservations, we recommend the Traditional Dutch Lunch at the Memorial Building or Trinity Church.
1:30pm: Seating for Street and Stage Performances/Volks Parade (General admission seating)
4:00pm Meet your motor coach on the east side of the square to re-board for home.

9:00 am: Local entrepreneur, Lowell Olivier-Shaw serves his Bisschopswijn, normally a hot- spiced cider but today blended as a refreshing chilled recipe.
Elaine Jaarsma shares the “family secrets” of the success in making Pella’s Jaarsma Bakery adestination in itself. Hosted at Pella Historical Village’s Dutch Bakery. Elaine Jaarsma will share the history of Jaarsma Bakery, production, their best sellers, the ‘S’-shape of the Dutch letters, how their bakery has become a tourist destination itself and samples for the guests. (Elaine suggests a donation of ($75 or $2/person) be made to Pella Historical Society)
10:30 am: Int Velds Meat Market, the tastes, the menu and the story of Pella Bologna, Dried Beef, Spiced Beef and more. Jerry shares the history of the In’t Veld business and the production process. Enjoy lunch with a “Double Dutch”, Bologna Reuben Sandwich or many more options by pre- ordering your meals. (upper level seats 30)
12:30 pm: Frisian Farms, owned by Mike & Jill Bandstra. See the process of aging the Dutch Gouda Cheese curds. Locally produced from milking the cattle to processing, aging and selling. Purchase some Frisian Farms cheese curds to take home for your evening snack.
2:00 pm: Local Candy-makers and Chocolatiers, Van Veen Chocolates will share some Dutch goodies passed on from some of the original Van Veen family recipes. Van Veen Chocolates will be available for purchase as well.
4:00 pm: Free Time at Pella’s many boutiques, bakeries and meat markets.
5:30 pm: Central Catering hosts a Traditional Dutch Meal, from Hut Spot to Snijbontjes, it’s all about the Dutch cuisine. Servers will share the menu selections with your guests.
